Hi, I'm Sarah and welcome to my website!

I have been making cakes for the past 10 years after starting sugarcraft classes at my local college, gaining a Level 3 in Creative Sugarcraft. After years of doing this from home, I have now expanded and recently opened "Sarah's Cake Studio" on Main Street, Burley-in-Wharfedale, near Ilkley and Leeds.

I am a trained Graphic Designer (I gave up that career to be a full-time mum to my 2 sons!), so I can use my creative flair and eye for colour and detail in all of my sugar creations. These design skills enable me to create beautiful and bespoke cakes that meet your individual needs. Be it a traditional style cake to something a little more flamboyant, I can design and create whatever type of cake you require to a very high standard of craftmanship.

I have built up my client base purely on recommendation, so you can be sure it'll taste as good as it looks! Chocolate cake, Vanilla with jam and buttercream, lemon, coffee, rich fruit cake - whatever flavour you require, I can make a sumptuous cake that will make your occasion extra special!
